I had a good stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The location was fantastic, close to major shopping malls, and the service from the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Although the room was comfortable with a beautiful city view, I experienced some issues with cold showers. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok! 😊

My stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 was fantastic overall! The hotel's location is great, with easy access to the BTS stations and shopping centers. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, offering beautiful views of the city. However, I had some issues with maintaining the water temperature in the shower, and the towels could be softer. Still, the friendly staff and amazing breakfast made it a nice experience! 😊

However, the rooftop bar experience left much to be desired due to poor drink quality and service. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel but would suggest skipping the bar. 🌆🍽️
